Brittany Golding
Hey, I’m Brittany! I’m passionate about mental health and wellness. As a mental health blogger, my mission is to create a supportive and informative space where individuals can find reliable information, practical tips, and a sense of community. I believe in the power of sharing experiences and knowledge to break down the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

My journey into mental health blogging began in 2020 during the pandemic when mental health issues were on the rise as we transitioned to inclusive environments. I realized the profound impact that understanding and addressing mental health can have on overall well-being and quality of life. This realization inspired me to use my voice and platform to share my story, which also reflects the story of many others.

Not only do I blog about mental health and wellness, I work in the field too. I am a full time licensed social worker at a long-term care skilled nursing facility and a part time psychotherapist working with individuals and families. I've been working in the social services field for over thirteen years throughout the east coast.

I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and my goal is to help people understand and prioritize their mental well-being. Through my blog, I aim to provide the tools, resources, and encouragement needed to navigate life’s challenges and thrive.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we can create a world where mental health is openly discussed, understood, and valued.

Interests
When I make time for self-care, I enjoy utilizing my sacred moments in creating art, traveling the world, exploring my city, creating memories with family and friends, sleeping, cooking, cuddling with Mango (for the newbies that's my loveable dog) and trying new things. I embody the idea of living life to the fullest, so I make use of every minute I get to relax and enjoy all the adventures life has to offer.
